Project inquiries
We use the name, email, company, project details and optional phone number you provide to respond to your inquiry. Inquiries are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted lead system and emailed to our team through our mail service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records.
AI assistant
The website assistant is AI, powered by ElevenLabs. Conversations may be processed and retained by ElevenLabs to provide the service. The assistant asks before saving contact details for follow-up. It cannot commit pricing, confirm an appointment or accept a contract for our team.
Your first inquiry sends an automatic receipt. Repeated inquiries from the same address do not restart the email sequence. The optional project-planning sequence sends three further emails over 10 days only if you request it. Each follow-up includes an unsubscribe link. Reply to [email protected] to reach a person or request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry.
Measurement choices
Optional Google Analytics and advertising measurement load only when you allow measurement. We do not include names, emails, phone numbers or project notes in analytics events. Campaign source parameters may be attached to your submitted inquiry. To reset your choice, use the button below.
